Wardrobe must haves

Spent two hours picking out an outfit this morning?
Shopping everyday and still nothing to wear?
Tired of being seen in the same clothes?

If you answered yes to at least 2 questions, keep reading.
(Who am I kidding , No one answered no to any of these questions)

Every woman should have a base in her closet.
When you have a few wardrobe staples , everything becomes easier , you just have to work everything around them.
So instead of wasting your money on cheap forever 21 dresses , invest in long lasting CRUCIAL items.

1 - The white tee

I must say, as boring as a white tee looks , it's the most versatile piece in a woman's closet.
Dress it down for when running errands and dress it up for a chic cocktail party.

Here's a day to night look that I worked around a T by Alexander Wang t-shirt.

2- The LBD

Dating back to Audrey Hepburn's era (Must I remind you that she was Givenchy's muse?), the Little Black Dress has never ceased to be an iconic item.
Always a Go-to item for a night out , but mind you , NEVER boring.
(Here is the part where I insert all the babbling and criticizing about Bandeau Herve Leger dresses worn with sky high Louboutins). Fast forward-

An LBD is oh so chic when accessorized properly.
Opt for a dress that's cinched at the wait , to give the illusion that you're slimmer.

3- black pumps

Suits everyone and goes with everything.
Rock these beauties to make your legs look long & lean.

Flash some red with these Louboutins !

4- leather biker jacket

I can't think of a celebrity who hasn't been sporting one.
Most of them don't have a clue about fashion (Gaga , duh) , but when it comes to leather jackets they can't go wrong.

Give your casual outfit a chic touch or give your dress an edgy vibe - it's up to you.

P.S. You might be wondering what the presumed 5th item is ...
Well, it's not a pair of  jeans that's for sure.
I know how much everyone loves jeans, but for some reason I find them overrated and boring.
What's with people playing safe and throwing on a pair of jeans & a t-shirt? Where's the fun in that?
